Lindy Mack is the Musical Director of the Unforgettable Big Band, a position he has held since 2021. A keyboardist for the band since 2009, Lindy has arranged many of the songs performed by the band that are catered to the unique talents within the ensemble. A resident of Hampden Township, Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of California State University East Bay and spent several years performing around the United States and internationally. In addition to his passion for big band music, Lindy serves as a frequent conductor and musician for local theater organizations and high schools. 

Michael Kirk is the Assistant Musical Director of the Unforgettable Big Band, a position he has held since 2025. A saxophonist for the band since 2021, he is also proficient in a myriad of instruments including clarinet, trumpet, French horn, baritone, piano, and guitar. A resident of Dover Township, Pennsylvania, he is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University where he was a mellophone player in the Marching Blue Band. He is also the Assistant Director of the Emigsville Band, a community concert band located in York County. Outside of music, Michael serves as a member of the Finance Committee for the White Rose Leadership Institute based in York, Pennsylvania.

Michael will be transitioning out of this role effective September 1, 2026.

Lani Deatherage is the incoming Assistant Musical Director of the Unforgettable Big Band, a position she will begin in September 2026. The lead trombonist for the band since 2022, she also plays in the Spring Garden Band, the Dockenspielers, and the Hanover Lancers Drum and Bugle Corps. A resident of York, Pennsylvania, she is a graduate of Gettysburg College where she received degrees in Music Performance and Psychology. She has her private lesson studio and teaches trombone, baritone, and violin. Lani is also the President of the Board of Directors for the York Junior Symphony Orchestra.
